Requires a valid aviation medical examination (about 30,000 Ft), arranged separately before the course starts — they can help arrange it. A written exam follows the theory, before you jump. Maximum 10 students per intake. Courses run spring to autumn with a new intake roughly every 3-4 weeks, so dates are limited.

Want to become a skydiver? Start here. Two theory sessions, then jump solo — instructors hold you through freefall, you fly the canopy and land guided by radio. This is the first part of the AFF course, which takes nine jumps in all.
